1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or purchasing show tickets from Anaahata Sattva (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our ticketing services.

2. Ticket Booking, Pricing & Validity

All bookings made through our online portal or box office are subject to the following rules:

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific show event, venue, date, and schedule time selected.
  • Pricing is displayed upfront inclusive of applicable taxes (GST CGST/SGST breakdown outlined on receipt).
  • Each ticket contains a unique QR code token. The ticket allows one-time validation at the gates. Duplicate scans or duplicate print entries will be flagged and denied entry.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

  • No Exchanges: Tickets once booked cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for another performance.
  • Show Cancellations: If a cultural event is cancelled by the management or venue authorities, a full refund of the net ticket booking value will be processed.
  • Refund Channels: Refunds will be issued using the same mode of payment as received. Credit card/Razorpay transactions will be refunded online through the gateway; cash bookings must be collected in cash; UPI direct bank transactions will be returned manually to the customer's UPI address.
  • Convenience Fees: Internet handling charges are non-refundable as they cover payment processing operations.

4. Venue Entry & Security Regulations

Strict security controls are enforced at all venues in Delhi-NCR:

  • A valid physical ticket print or digital WhatsApp receipt token must be presented at the gate checkers scanning portal.
  • Management reserves the right of admission. Late arrivals might not be permitted entry once the performance commences to preserve classical stage silence.
  • Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, and unauthorized recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

5. Audience Conduct during Performances

To ensure a premium and uninterrupted experience for artists and listeners:

  • Audio/Video recording of performances is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off or placed on absolute silent mode.
  • Disruptive behavior or non-compliance with staff instructions will lead to prompt removal from the venue without refunds.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, injury, or damage suffered by attendees at the venue. Furthermore, we are not liable for delayed schedules or cancellation caused by acts of God, governmental restrictions, power grid failures, weather disturbances, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
