How do I retrieve my ticket?
You can retrieve all your active booking passes using our Retrieve Ticket Portal. Enter your registered email or phone to fetch your passes.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are initiated if a show is cancelled or rescheduled. Logged tickets are reviewed by our billing desk within 24 hours.
Where do I find my QR entry codes?
Admission QR passes are attached as a PDF to your booking confirmation email and sent via WhatsApp to your phone immediately after payment.
